Food for thought: 

Since many gluten-free individuals have issues with anemia I thought it would be nice to post the top 5 gluten-free grains for iron. 

Top 5 Gluten Free Grains for Iron 

Amaranth 12%
Teff 11%
Oats (careful) 10%
Sorghum 9%
Quinoa 8%

To increase absorption rate of iron, consume with vitamin C sources such as citrus, tomatoes and bell peppers. (Percentages of RDA per 100 grams.)
