I just saw a commercial that says Dr. Oz is going to be discussing that some people may benefit from being gluten-free. I believe he will be discussing how some diseases are really symptoms of Celiac disease. I am planning on watching it and will try to update this blog as soon as I do. Please watch it if you can.

Gone Pie Vegan Bakery said… Thank you. Being retired, I now have time to experiment with this new food lifestyle. It should be an interesting ride, as gluten free is a totally new road for me to travel. Having worked previously invarious types of establishments requiring F&B background, I most definitely now must think outside the box! That's a good thing!
