finding outhow to bake successful baked goods that are not like door stops and taste wonderful. My kids and I miss baked goods and bread especially that tase good as well as other goodies, cookies, cakes etc. I have found a few mixes that make half way decent items in baking and a few store bought items as well. The problem is they are costly beyond our budget and really don't taste freshly baked like when I made things before we went on this diet. We also have allergies to corn, my daughter to oats amd milk. I'd love to know a few recipes and the tricks to consistently have them turn out yummy, and with out a 1000 ingredient and time consuming process it takes me now. Thanks
