I have was just diagnosted in April 2007 after being told my hemoglobin was extremely low and being admitted to the hospital for 2 pints of blood. That was when all of this started for me. I knew something was wrong, but like most others, never, ever thought it would be Celiac.
But, that was then, and this is now! I am doing much better and have actually gotten to the point where I enjoy baking and cooking gluten free. This Twitter is a great place to get wonderful recipes.
I hope we can email occasionally, and share a little of our lives.
I am retired now and a lot more time for things like this.
