Peanut Butter Strawberry Chocolate Toast

I was trying to figure out how to tell you to make this sandwich that I make all the time. It's one of my absolute favorites. I don't measure but you'll see why.

Ingredients:

2 slices of gluten-free bread for each sandwich

Peanut Butter (all natural is my favorite - crunchy or creamy)
Strawberry preserves
Chocolate Chips (I use bittersweet but use whatever gluten-free chips you…

Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

I love Reese's peanut butter cups but they have become more and more artificial over the years (or maybe I can taste the artificial ingredients more than I used to be able to) and I just wanted something a little more "healthy" for my junk food or at least more natural.

I tried this recipe twice - the first time I forgot to measure anything so the second time, I measured as I went.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup all natural *peanut butter (just peanuts and…

Tricked Out Fudgy Cookies

Tricked Out Fudgy Cookies

I wanted to try making chocolate cookies but, you know me, I have to go to the next level (and then some)! These mild mannered looking cookies hide the fact that they are teaming with flavor! These are like "the everything bagel" or "the works". Let me… Continue

Chocolate Butterscotch Crispy Bars

Chocolate Butterscotch Crispy Bars

I used to make these for my kids when they were growing up. I have converted it to a gluten-free version. I hope you enjoy them as much as my kids did!

Ingredients:

1 (11 oz) pkg Hershey’s Butterscotch chips (Nestle’s are not gluten-free)

1 (12 oz) pkg… Continue
